Essential oils are just one tool I use personally, with my family, in my house, and with clients to support both their physical health and emotional health. Did you know essential oils benefit both your body and your mind?

Have you been hearing a lot about essential oils in the last few years?

While you might think essential oils are a new, hip trend, plant extracts and plant-based products are deeply rooted in the traditions of the past. Essential oils have been used by ancient civilizations across the globe for:

More recently, scientific research is increasingly showing that essential oils can be effectively and safely used in even more day-to-day practices and routines for amazing benefits. As natural solutions, oils are lower in toxicity, affordable, versatile, and easy to use. 

All essential oils are not created equally, of course. 

Many essential oils on the market are heavily contaminated or adulterated with synthetic chemicals. If you’re buying essential oils, it means you want something completely natural and safe. Make sure that you don’t inadvertently buy something you think is natural but turns out to be synthetic. 

When you want essential oils that are safe and effective, the most important thing to look for is purity. Pure essential oils allow you to reap the full benefits that nature has to offer. They can support you, empower you, and revive you. And when using only the purest essential oils, you can be confident that they are safe to use with your family.

• Sustainable and responsible sourcing (Where do their oils come from?)
• Extensive and thorough testing (Do they test their oils for adulteration and contamination?)
• Clear and accessible safety and usage information (Do they show customers how to use the oils safely?)
• Transparency (Do they use third-party testing? Do they make test results public?)

The Wynter’s Soul Blend– a supportive blend of lavender and chamomile. Lavender is the queen of oils! Lavender may also help soothe your mind and body. Chamomile has a long medicinal history for helping to calm chaotic emotions and bring a sense of peace. The Aurora’s EO blend– a diffuser blend of lavender and bergamot. This PURE essential oil blend (no carrier oil) is one of our favorites for the fresh and lively scent. Relaxing yet uplifting, this aroma promotes a sense of peace and opens your heart to your new home. Drop 5-7 drops into your new marble diffuser (with water) and enjoy! Throw  2-3 drops onto your wool laundry balls for delicious smelling laundry. 

27 Robins Rose Oil– a delicious blend of our favorite oils like sweet almond oil and real rose petals. Rose has a wide range of potential benefits ranging from easing discomfort, reducing feelings of worry and anxiousness to possibly stimulating your sex drive. It is great for hair and skin due to its variety of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. 

* A carrier oil is used to dilute the essential oils and “carry” them into the skin. Our Fractionated Coconut Oil is an all-natural carrier oil that readily absorbs into the skin, making it an ideal oil for topical delivery. FCO is completely soluble with all essential oils and is colorless, odorless, and will not stain.
